At Vstopi, we respect your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we collect while validating interest in the Vstopi service, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
Through the website form, we may collect: • answers about the area where you would use the service, • expected frequency of use, • reasons for using the service, • your view of an acceptable price for a single visit, • your connection with Ljubljana (for example, resident or visitor), • the name of a gym you would like to see, if you choose to provide it, • your email address, if you voluntarily opt in to be notified when the service launches, • basic visit-source or advertising-campaign data (UTM parameters). You do not need to provide an email address to take part in the research.
3. Why we use your data
We use questionnaire responses to: • validate interest in the Vstopi service, • understand the needs of potential users, • identify locations and gyms that would interest users, • plan pricing and the future development of the service, • analyse the effectiveness of different promotional channels in aggregate. If you voluntarily provide an email address, we will use it to let you know about the launch of Vstopi and significant updates related to its launch.
4. Legal basis
We process the information you voluntarily provide through the questionnaire in order to carry out the research and validate interest in the service. You provide your email address for notifications voluntarily. You can withdraw your interest in receiving updates at any time by writing to us at blaz.cerni17@gmail.com.
5. Tools and service providers
We use external service providers to collect and process responses. We use Tally to display and process the questionnaire. Tally BV is based in Belgium and acts as a processor of personal data when handling responses. We use Google Sheets to store and analyse the responses we collect. We share data with these providers only to the extent necessary to deliver these services.
6. Data retention
We keep data only for as long as needed to validate interest and prepare a possible launch of the Vstopi service. We will delete the data when it is no longer needed for these purposes. If you ask us to delete your personal data, we will do so unless we have a legal obligation to retain it.
7. Your rights
Under applicable data-protection legislation, you may request: • access to your personal data, • correction of inaccurate data, • deletion of your data, • restriction of processing, • objection to processing where appropriate, • withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
